Product details
Practical details for mp4 to pdf.
A video meeting as a readable record
A transcript PDF passes on what was said without passing around the video. An hour of footage is often hundreds of megabytes; the document version is a small text file.
Export the recording from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another source first, then select the downloaded MP4 here.
Speech only, stated plainly
The PDF documents the words. Slides, screen shares, and anything else visible in the frames are not captured, because Weeve never inspects the video track.
Keep the original video when the visuals matter. The transcript works well as the searchable, shareable record beside it.
Which MP4 files convert
MP4 is a container, so conversion depends on the audio codec inside it. Common AAC tracks usually decode; unusual codecs may need a re-export.
If a file will not decode, convert a copy with an AAC audio track or extract the audio as MP3 or WAV, then transcribe that.
Your recording stays here
Recording bytes, decoded audio, transcript text, and speaker names stay on this page. Speech models download from Weeve’s CDN.
A transcript you can review
Timestamps and speaker labels stay editable before export.

Great. I renamed your speaker label, so the exported notes will use your name.
